What devices does this run on?
Headsets (Meta Quest, Pico and similar), tablets, phones and any modern desktop browser. Most programmes ship to more than one, because not every site has headsets.
Do we need to buy hardware first?
No. We usually start in the browser so you can pilot with people who already have a laptop, then add headsets where the fidelity justifies them.
Who updates the content when a procedure changes?
We agree content ownership and update responsibilities during scoping, so it is clear before anything is built.
How long does a pilot take?
We agree the schedule during scoping, after reviewing your procedures, assets and deployment requirements.
What do you need from us to start?
The written procedure, access to the equipment or its CAD, and one subject-matter expert for a few hours.
How is competency evidenced for an auditor?
Scenario, score, timestamp and the decision path per attempt, exportable. We map it to the framework you already report against.
